Jamie do you have any examples of an RFP used for securing quotes for field maintenance products such as seed and fertilizers. I am looking for an example where in the end a selection can be made on the vendors capability to quote product to be used for the entire year but to deliver "Just in Time" for application throughout the year. I have my plan layed out with product needed by month but need a format to use that will meet a school districts requirement to use the best and lowest priced vendor.
